I can't get even mad at the cake cutting. It is so hard to cut that cake with the sword. That Marine did it perfect and just carried on. Love it!!!

As a Viet Nam era veteran, It is an honor for me, to have a brother, who served as a United States Marine. He has been Semper Fidelis in marriage, fatherhood, and brotherhood, an I'm damn proud and fortunate, to be his little brother. Happy Birthday Marine Corps, and keep making Marines like my brother.

@@sydneymorse8001 good for you. My wife and I did not meet while I was in the Marine Corps 1973-1977. We were married on 21 Mar 81. But she would always tell people, "I married a Marine" Once a Marine Always a Marine. One thing to remember if he's on active duty, there will be times the Marine Corps will come before you. What I mean, he may be gone for weeks or months, or a year overseas. Just a little advice from an old Marine Sergeant. Semper Fi and greetings from Charleston, West Virginia.

Was at PI, SC for my first Marine Corps birthday on 10 Nov 1956; was 17 and it was an experience I will never forget. I believe Brig General Greene reviewed all us boots. Stayed in the Marines and never regretted it. Semper Fi to all Marines I served with and those who made the supreme sacrifice, RIP because I know heavens scenes will be guared by United States Marines.
