Mazzy thanks for your video . I first saw Paul with Wings in 1976 at the Spectrum in Philadelphia. He did 2 shows and I was hooked . I’ve seen Paul many many times over the years . I always have bought Paul’s albums within days of them coming out. I had tickets last year to see Paul in North Jersey but due to my dad being sick I didn’t go . I still have faith that hopefully I’ll see him one more time . Love your videos 😊

Mazzy - You should take that Twin Freaks record out of the PVC sleeve. The record surface will eventually get ruined by the "outgassing" of the PVC. Just a helpful hint from one Beatles collector to another.

@@davidandhelen4657 The PVC sleeves on all LP Picture Discs should also be replaced. If a picture disc is left, unopened, in its PVC sleeve for a long time it can even get stuck to the sleeve.

I agree with you on the love for Wings Wild Life. Had heard how bad it was but when I got a copy to listen to it I fell in love with it immediately.

Always had a soft spot for Wild Life as I used to listen to the tracks from it on Radio Luxembourg back when it came out, the station would fade in and out, sentimental favourite

💯 agree with Mazzy. Press to Play is a great album.... McCartney has done some fantastic work and is my favourite artist both with Wings and Solo. Thanks Mazzy

About 20 years ago, I was standing with the kids on the high street Rye UK, waiting for the Christmas parade. Looked across the road, only to see Paul McCartney sitting in a parked Volvo(?). Just had to go across and shake the man's hand. Haven't washed it since.

Wild Life is great. I have the CD copy of Ram in mono as part of the Ram deluxe box set. It's a fantastic listen mono or stereo! The best thing about Paul is he made great sounding records throughout the 70's. He's a great producer of his own music. I have a couple of late period Macca. Chaos & Creation and Memory Almost Full. They're ok. That's about it. I have a feeling Ringo, the most sickly child and hardscrabble Liverpudlian will outlive them all.

Several Paul titles are really hard to find at a reasonable price on vinyl. You show Twin Freaks, I think that underrated remix album needs a vinyl reissue, as well as Run Devil Run and Rushes.

Not to be a downer, it may be a minute when you get to receive your One Hand Clapping. I pre-I ordered the red and blue album in Oct through the Beatles website and got it Dec 8th. The only reason I didn't go with Amazon is to get the 7" EP through Paul's site.

I can tell you 2 new things about Paul McCartney & the Beatles you will never have read in any book or article or heard in any doc or interview. How can I be sure, in a world that's constantly turning? Well, I've never heard or read those 2 details anywhere in 6 decades, not in Lewisohn & not anywhere. One relates to the creative impetus behind 'Toppermost of the Poppermost.' One relates to 'Live & Let Die.' But I'm saving them for a rainy day. O what a tease!
