Grandma has a very special day with us, it's her birthday! Grandma has been coming over once a week to check up on me and see how I'm doing with my chronic illness. She makes sure that the kids get some surprises right out of her magic grandma bag of surprises. She is always taking care of us and making sure we are doing well. Grandma is very special.
