What a lovely and fun unboxing! The quilt on the cover of the book is called a crazy quilt and my grandmother and her friends used to put them together out of their old clothes. Love the retro feeling fabrics. I also have a tendency to hoard great fabrics I should be using!

Yup, you can get pinking shears in different sizes. I’m not sure what the stand size is but I know you can buy them in 3 sizes (3, 5, & 7 mm). PLUS they come in scalloped too.

Don’t hate me lol😅but Ugh I can’t stand the Sound of Music - I don’t like any of the music, didn’t care for the music- my best friend from high school has loved it all these years and I never told her until recently- she went into a huge debate with me 😆 but didn’t persuade me at all - ❤

No hate here! But I do think you’re the only person I’ve ever heard say they don’t like it! 😅 That’s funny about your friend. The journal will be of course full of movie things but I’m also trying to weave in the people and story behind the movie….the real story. I hope it works out like I envision it!
