I actually bought Super Mario 3D World for the Wii U yesterday. Yes, the Wii U! My son wanted to play it so we went to a Play N Trade game store and bought it for $15. I needed to get a charging cord for the Wii U Pro controller so I picked both up. My son was so excited to play it and he loved every minute of it!

This week I finally bought Dragon Quest VII & VIII for 3DS. About 7 hours into VII and really enjoying it

I picked up a really nice 32” Sony Trinitron for my retro games!

My wife got me a Capcom Street Fighter arcade cabinet with 12 games including Final Fight, Strider and Ghosts and Goblins. Introducing my youngest to classic arcade gaming has been a blast

Recently picked up all the Gamecube Zelda games from eBay (one every week). Glad to have them back in my collection. So many memories playing through all these games during the 2000s.

I recently got into DBZ. I just turned 31 so this past week has me already picking up a Goku funko pop, DBZ kakarot for switch, and some Gohan & Dende action figures. Gohan is my fav so far. Just finished the frieza saga. It was so long but loved every second of it! Lol

Your definitely what got me to try Ys, 8 is my favorite so far followed by 9, origins, celceta, book 1&2 and that's all I've played so far.

I bought the hot pink controller for the PS3 years back and I never lived to regret that decision. Every time I brought it over to a friends house it was never confused for anything of theirs. The colour still looks great to this day as well.

Just tried Half Life Alyx on the Valve Index, basically played a VR game for the first time, and was blown away. Now that's how you make a game immersive. If only more open world (or FPS) 3D games were VR, this new way to be in the game would be the next level cutting edge of gaming.

The most recent things that I've picked up were 2 Nintendo keychains. One is a Mario ? Block rubber keychain and the other is a Wii remote keychain with an LED bulb at the pointer. I believe both were from Gashapon capsule machines.

I always have to give you props for name dropping Leiji Matsumoto! You're spot on about Area 88's artist, and you can see a direct inspiration from Matsumoto's Battlefield series. I also speculate that Roy Focker was originally supposed to be a parody of Shin Kazama, as Macross was created as a lampoon of the genre before that idea was scrapped.

I'm on vacation and I always buy a game to play on vacation. This year, since I finally found the original at an affordable price, I finally bought Luigi's Mansion 3. It's a cool little game for now I enjoy it very much.

I picked up the Ninja Gaiden II Stragedy Guide and the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Limited Edition for Xbox 360. The Limited Edition comes with a very nice art book, which is good, because the out of print Dark Horse MGS Art Book are $500 plus.

Not long ago I picked up the PS5 version of Mechwarrior 5. For anyone interested in Battletech or mechs in general, this game is a gem. I'm also just starting out getting into the table-top game, collecting and painting the miniatures.

I've been playing Sonic Origins, TMNT Shredder's Revenge, the PS5 edition of Resident Evil 2 among others. I've also been playing Playstation classics from PS Plus Premium. Sonic Origins is a lot of fun.

I really love these episodes especially the soundtracks you’ve purchased and the context behind them. I live in the UK so PC engine was really exotic having not seen a release. I think I got one circa 95 second hand.

My copy of Blaster Master Zero 3 Limited Edition finally arrived. Zero is a series that means a lot to me, so finally having all the games physically in some form or another feels special.

Dreamcast and GameCube were always my fav systems and eras so being nostalgic for anything in those systems I totally get!!

I immediately purchased the YS 8 on vinyl as soon as I got the notification for preorder. I already had the music on CD and was hoping it would be released on vinyl. It's among the best game music for me, hands down, and the art is gorgeous.

One of the guys I work with has a pink calculator and stapler for the same reason, you're not going to lose them (and they won't get "borrowed"!)

HCG you got me into Ys. I played my first game in the series, Ys: Origins, last year. I've played it multiple times, and loved it each time. I recently bought Ys: Oath in Felghana which I'm currently playing through. I've recently bought Ys: Origins vinyl soundtrack, Capcom Fighting Collection and some shirts.
