मसाला किचन में आज बन रही है सूजी की लाजवाब मिठाई वो भी बिना तेल, घी, आटा, मैदा के घर पर | सुपर स्पंजी रवा केक बनाये बिना किसी झंझट | रवा मिठाई, सूजी मिठाई, राखी स्पेशल मिठाई, स्पंज केक, बकलावा रेसिपी बनाये आसानी से | आज तक का सबसे सरल केक बनाये सूजी से | सूजी की मिठाई, रसभरी मिठाई, सूजी/रवा हलवा, मिल्क केक, मावा मिठाई, घेवर रेसिपी, दानेदार मिठाई, प्रसाद रेसिपी, हेल्दी मिठाई रेसिपी ज़रूर बनाइये और इस आसान सूजी मिठाई/केक रेसिपी को शेयर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Semolina(सूजी) - 2.5 Cup
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1 Cup
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1.5 Tsp
* Milk(दूध) - 1.5 Cup
* Silver Leaf(चांदी का वर्क) - Some
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
For Sugar Syrup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1.5 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1.5 Cup
* Kewra Essance(केवड़ा एसेंस)
RECIPE:
Take a tray, grease some oil, place butter paper in it, and grease some oil on it again.
For Sugar Syrup, keep the pan on the flame, put Sugar & Water. Then put some Kewra Essence in it and cook it till it becomes sticky.
Keep the strainer in a bowl, put fine Semolina, Powdered Sugar, Baking Powder, and sieve them. Then add Milk to it gradually and mix it well. Keep it for half an hour. After then put the batter in the greased tray and press with a spatula evenly. Bake it at 160 Degree for 40 minutes. Then cut it into square pieces and put the Sugar Syrup on it. Garnish it with Silver Leaf and Chopped Pistachio.
