Today is my birthday so, I gave myself a gift ahah
Harald was a great character from vikings, he was hateful and funny in the same time.. I remember when I saw him for the first time, I told myself he was going to die quickly by ragnar, and I was wrong, he grew, evolved, and played a very important role in the series, and i'm glad beacause he is such a wonderful actor!!
I will miss this name, king harald ahah

I truly loved this character, a man who will always follow and express his heart, just to end up all alone in the end. But he never stopped being viking, until his last breath. Valhalla was literally his last word.

@@spxdel8520 Nearly all the people we like in this show have done bad things tbh. Ragnar did a lot of bad shit. Hitting his wife. But we love Ragnar. Lagertha raped Harald but we love her. Bjorn cheated on every damn woman he was with lmao. You have to get past that part and see what amazing characters they are. I don't like that he raped them people but I remember him as the first king of norway.. not a rapist.

Loved Harald, that scene in 6x16 with him and Ivar discussing the hollowness of the crown and living a static life of peace was such a powerful discussion between two renowned kings. A true Viking who loved the thrill of the raid

I was anxious of seeing a tribute for King Harald, one of the greatest characters in the series. Peter Franzén absolutely nailed every scene this last season and played him beautifully throughout the series. Thank you for such a great and wonderful compilation.

If you never watched vikings but stumbled on this video you'd think the show was about king finehair. He was just a supporting character who didn't show up till season 4!! The way this show developed interesting characters was INSANE! "Soon you'll be drinking ale from curved horns!"

One of my favourite characters from Vikings apart from Ragnar, Ubbe and Alfred. He was a true viking. Not good or bad just a man with ambitions and dreams. He felt human. What a legend 🙏🏻

I really liked this character. Peter Franzén did a phenomenal job in portraying Harald FineHair with that Baritone voice of his 😅..although historically the show did him dirty , but he added great intrigue to the storyline !

Another thing I liked about him was how he realized in the end how futile and pointless being the king was because he no longer had anyone to love or who loved him in his life. you could tell he felt empty especially when Gunnhild "left". she was just the last one who he cared about and i like what he said about being king before they left for a final raid on england. I think he was glad to die how he did like a true viking and he really was one like he said. Franzen is seriously a good actor and made Harald a good character. I feel like he always struggled when it came to his love life and without halfdan to rescue him from himself, he was really lost :(

When I was a lil brat, I thought names like Harad, Bjorn, etc. are lame, but now I think they are some of the coolest ever. I'm from Austria and I knew some kids when I was younger with names like these. Harald, Heinrich, Bjorn, Siegfried, Manfred, etc. The old Germanic names are hella nice.

At the beginning I didn´t really like this character, but the more I watch the show, the more I love him. Of course he commited some disgusting deeds that have no justification, but nobody in this show is a saint after all lol. Such an outstanding performance by Peter Franzen, who actually released a viking song in old norse, the one he´s always singing in the show, "Þat Mælti Mín Móðir" ("My mother told me")
