I’d like the cuts and plans on your build design. The wood shelving really adds some great structure to it. My hubby and I plan to get one and add some of the extras you’ve added. It looks very solid. We have high winds and tornadoes 🌪 Great job!

I put one of these up 5 years ago. I added self tapping screws as well because the panel-holders seemed a bit flimsy. The panels only lasted 2 years before the sun turned them into powder. I bought some replacement panels from Home Depot which were much better quality. If I had to do it over, I would use the Harbor Freight frame, and replace the plastic panels.

I saw a video where the guy took those panels and put 6 mil plastic over the top and taped it. They lasted him over 6 years.

This is an excellent idea! I work in a commercial greenhouse and am researching to build a small home greenhouse for my home garden. This seems like an affordable first step toward climate control. I was planning to power a squirrel cage fan from my garage power, but you changed my mind!

Nice video & great information. I purchased the HF 6x8 greenhouse in 2010. Was surprised the polycarbonate plastic cover panels yellowed and degraded so fast from the sun, even though it's claimed they are UV resistant. Eventually we replaced the panels with Solex covering which is far superior. All-in-all this little HF greenhouse is pretty good.

Great video, i’ve watched a lot of them, yours by far is the best you’re clear in your communication I can tell you know what you’re doing by the way you’ve laid everything out, that you’ve paid close attention to detail. I’m really interested in your cut list as well as the The length of self tap screws that you used for your panels, my goal is to duplicate everything that you did. Also I was going to find out how the thousand watt heater worked during the winter months? Thanks for taking the time in making this video, this is helping the rest of us do it right.

That cut list would be great to have! Why not put a link up to it? Just bought my green house and of all the mods yours looks the best. Nevada has really high winds and lots of heat in summer, that exhaust fan will be a must here!

This was so helpful to me! I just got a greenhouse and was wondering what to do to enhance and add shelves. Up here in Washington with the snow and all I think I will have to dissemble in the winter, but this helps when I need to put it back together again in the spring. I do have wind here and was wondering how to keep it from blowing over?
