girl needs to drop the ego and calm down hes not sparring aggressively with her so she shouldnt be either. Pay attention to your opponent and if it looks like their turning up the heat thats when you turn it up a notch girl started aggressive. Now if he were to drop her on her ass all those coaches woulda been the first to jump all over him 🤨

Never spar women, you can't match their intensity without being called a bully, she was fully pivoting on all her shots and not pulling back, she's the bully exploiting male chauvinism. 7:49 is a perfect example, he hits her cleanly once in the face & they're about the break it up after she's been throwing power headshots throughout.

I hate with my whole heart when I land my low kick with my foot and the check is whit the knee 😭😭😭😭 in that moment i know running the next week is gonna be not that 🤣

C’est toujours les mêmes vidéos ou on nous montre des sois disants guerrières qui frappent fort et le gars en face qui est sur la retenue, aucun intérêt, si le gars en face frappait avec la même intensité la vidéo aurait duré une minute.

I mean she's several weight classes below him It's what happens in our gym as well, even if I'm facing a guy who's a couple of weight classes below me
