The guy in all black clothes and all white gear looks to be next level. Its the mark of a great fighter to not only have great offense but also defense which this guy has got in spades. Legit, whenever I see him spar in these videos he can dictate how the fight plays out. Fair play to this warrior

The dude in the blue makes me laugh, he always goes IN! But it’s all high level sparring in there anyway, so that’s what there used to. Having sparring partners like that is good, it emulates what it’ll be like in the ring.

does blue legacy shorts wear a mouth guard? i have so much anxiety because it doesn't look like he has one in.
@LowKickMT8 ай бұрын
i see so many comments about blue shorts (taz haider) sparring intensity. - hes wearing 18oz gloves - he spars dutch style with going in turns, this means he goes hard then shells up and the other guy can come - hes sparring pro fighters. they know how to defend themselves its really not a bad sparring style at all if you are used to it and its consensual. i like to spar like this as well. we go super hard, 100% as long as someone is protected. if we can get a free shot, for example if we catch someone off guard, then we lover the intensity obviously hes doing the same i havent seen him going with a 100% cross or hook to the face if someone is unprotected you must have good sparring control and your ego in check, so you dont see red once you get clocked

@jeffersonclinton53799 ай бұрын
@@immmgolden2396 I was not referring to a death in ring my guy. Can you not read in between the lines? Boxing is mainly the upper body getting hit. Sparring hard too often and even then going 12 rounds with little oz gloves can potentially lead yourself getting killed. We’ve seen it happen many times

@@jeffersonclinton5379 bro sparring to hard in any martial art will get you killed tf. How tf will boxing sparring get you killed but Muay Thai sparring won’t?
@jeffersonclinton53799 ай бұрын
@@immmgolden2396 Muay Thai is not 12 rounds and not only the upper body being hit. Plus if injuries were to occur they are visible. Boxing injuries that led to death were mostly (in fact all) intern and not to be recognised at face value. Again we’ve seen boxers die in the ring many times more than in any other sport so what’s up with the arguing? Just do your research

It's only to the body and opponent had arm between. Good intensity without actually injuring somebody. If you don't like it at all that's not your sport.
