в период обучения в мореходном училище в середине 60 г. бывал на практике на судоремонтном заводе ВСРЗ в литейном цеху. учился формовке, трамбовке. на таком крупном заводе не делали цилиндровых втулок для судовых дизелей. маслоты для отточки поршневых колец отливали, сам формовал пневмо трамбовкой. помню как по несколько раз отбирали пробы для анализа расплава чугуна. когда работал на судах ДВГМП стармехи плохо отзывались о поршневых кольцах изготовленных на ВСРЗ. смотрю на показанное производство и думаю какое качество их изделий?

@@user-ve4vl5ny7y это вредительство, именно вот такие подделки на рынке и гуляют, это ужасно. Что бы ТЫ сказал, если бы тебе продали смартфон, который через 6 месяцев сломался? Я думаю, что совершенно по другому заговорил. А на счёт твоего, попробуй сделай так же, в этот раз у тебя не сработает так тыкнуть, поскольку я легко могу их изготовить, да даже малое производство организовать. Нужны только средства первоначальные, самое затратное будет летейка. Лучше изготавливать в центробежке. Для малого производства, нужно будет всего 2 токарных чпу станочка, возможно 1 заменить простым, для обдирки предварительной, ну и хон-станок. Это всё деньги, а ну ещё и разный инструмент, оснастка, но это мелочи по сравнению с стоимостью оборудования, даже б/у.. А технология проста, гораздо сложнее изготавливать поршни и кольца под них. А если уж по гаражному, хватит 1 станка токарного) А балвашки закупать. Дай мне чёртёж, кол-во, если цена вопроса будет адекватная, легко наделаю у себя на предприятии)

По поводу токарки могу сказать: У них все же есть точные приборы! Микрометр! Вот только я не понял, почему он измерял им черновой проход? Но особенно мне понравилось, как деталь торцевали в размер. Зажимает в кулачки и на оборотах видно, что у детали неплохое такое биение. А учитывая, что это последняя операция, это биение никуда не денется. По хорошему эту операцию лучше бы делали перед проточкой внешнего диаметра.

да ладно , наипиздатейшие гильзы из чугуна взтого с металлолома))) одни гильзы из тормозных дисков другие из водопроводных задвижек))) а там совсем разные марки чугуна))))))))) ахуенный хендмэй так скахать,,,,,,,,,,, жалкая и бестолковая работа -без знаний о технологии металлов,,,,,,,,,,,,,

на простых моторах, где гильзы снимаются, стоят металлические прокладки, способные компенсировать эти сотки биений.. возможно эти гильзы будут залиты в блок и отфрезерованы.. но да, соглашусь, торцевать можно и по точнее..

@@Lil_Dances ага, кривые гильзы+кривой коленвал+ кривые шатушы с кривыми поршнями из дерьмового алюминия+ еще кривой блок ! И это просто супер ресурсный мотор, я думаю что если в этом наборе сделать правильные зазоры , то колено ломом не провернешь))))

Судя по тому что на станке есть привод автоподачи, он не такой древний, может из 90-х годов, просто он уже убитый, весь в говне и грязи, корпус без защитных кожухов, что в принципе отражает уровень всего производства.

Not really so random. Too much carbon for steel, not heat treated so not malleable. Must be ductile cast iron.

Modern production lines are complicated and optimized but they don't demonstrate basics as these guys do. It's obsolete but amazing

Одно плохо: не известно, что они варят в плавильне. Чугун для ДВС готовят не просто так. Чтобы добиться нужных качеств, в него добавляют C, Si, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu. А эти гильзы ходить будут очень по-разному... .

Эти гильзы ходят довольно не плохо... Вот у нас в России на некоторые авто гильзы вытачивают из простой чугунной трубы, из примерно подходящего диаметра... и ходят они по 50-70 к. км... )))

@@user-hv8yc3xy9o Думаю, и они будут ходить так же - 50-70 тыс. Но это очень маленький пробег, тем более, для грузовиков. Иначе замучишься ремонтировать. То, что они их делают, это хорошо. Но то, что они не углубляются в химию металла, затрудняет их жизнь.

These men work very well together it looks like they have worked together a long time. I have got to say that the condition of the building you work in is disgraceful, it looks like it was blown up and then they tried to put the machines in there after the explosion. this is so wrong,,

working conditions and safety are low but this is what you get in poor countries, I take off my hat for these people for working hard to earn a living.
