Yes Patricia, thanks very much for your comment! I love all things fibre related and I’ve knitted and crocheted all my life, although not particularly well! I enjoy making simple things like hats and scarves, and recently I was very pleased with the Peter Rabbit, I knitted! I like crochet because you can construct things from it, shape things in a way you can’t with knitting. Have to have my hands doing something! So glad you’re enjoying the videos, happy painting!

Lovely composition….sweet little rabbit….this would go well with some of your other similar ones to put in a children’s book…I never had much look with those masking pens..always drive out…I have a few of David Bellamy’s books-lovely soft colours..Happy Nee Year

This was absolutely delightful! I love it's simplicity and calm. I get far too hung up the details, and your painting shows how to convey the subject matter simply, and the snowy background hit just the right colour notes. As I look out into the back garden, covered in a thin layer of snow, I can see the same colours in the shadows of the late afternoon sun. Thank you, I have just sketched out my own wee hare, and am excited to get started.

I ordered Terry Harrison's masking fluid from Amazon. It came off no problem. It actually worked better than any I've tried. His applicator did a good job applying it.

Hi Patricia, thanks very much for that information. I will look into getting some of Terry‘s masking fluid. Sometimes the Molotov masking works quite well, but it didn’t seem to enjoy the particular paper that I was using. In the end I painted over it with gouache and the moon came out okay in the end!

Diane Antone, a woman of many talents! 👍🏻 I love crocheting but it's been quite a while since I picked up a crochet hook. Aside from painting, my most recent hobby was needle felting. I would sell my pieces at a local nursery/farm who promotes & encourages local artisans to display & sell their art. I got burned out with that so I had to put down the felting needles for a while. Prior to that was the crocheting with yarn and fabrics, making throws and rag rugs, etc. I always need to use my hands and create. I suppose that's one of the reasons I just love watching you, as you seem so very similar and it's an absolute joy to know you and I'm so happy to have found your channel! 💜

It's very useful I must say! Apparently you can get them really inexpensively on Wish. Unfortunately for me, the French government has banned Wish from operating in France! But I think most countries allow it! Happy New Year!

Lovely The paper you used that is different on each side does not seem to be listed in your supply list I think you said it is made by arches and less than 140 lb

That was a rigger, about size 3. Or you could use a sword liner. They have longer hairs than the normal. Hope this helps!!

@@DianeAntoneStudio I loved the dragonflies. I also liked the robin. My mantra is "Embrace the twitch" LOL. Trying to paint details with a twitchy body is so frustrating. Besides I can just take photos if I want realism. I have enjoyed following your videos. Thank you. Our December was warm and rainy. Now we are getting the cold. Perfect weather to paint more.
