Data viitoare sa nu te mai chinui cu masuratoarea, taie cu un cutter putin din protectia cablurilor rosu si negru si legi 5v la ele ca mai apoi cu multimetru sigur nu vei mai avea pierderi de voltaj. La inchiderea capacului e mai bine sa dai cu vaselina sa nu patrunda apa dar in cazul tau apa patrunde pe la imbinarea cablului

De apreciat efortul de a si filma in timp ce lucrezi. O corectie totusi : senzorii hall se masoara inainte de a da roata jos de pe scuter si se face usor cate o rotatie la fiecare senzor masurat. Succes

Stiu ca este mult mai ok a se masura inainte de demontare, asa procedez de obicei insa persoana a adus direct roata, asta spunandu-i eu sa aduca, neavand rost sa care intr-o berlina tot scuterul, eu stiind din simptomatica ce are... Mulțumesc mult pentru coment!

Depinde foarte mult dacă umbli cu scuterul prin ploaie sau dacă faci vre-un scurt accidental pe instalație...

What kind of Hall sensor did you use I bought a pack of 20 and they have different types they're all read 3144 but they're separated by A3144, OH3144, AH3144E does it matter

By my experience, it does not matter but search for the documentation online and see what the difference between them is. Anyways, just use 3 identical transistors and you should be ok.

Just hit the axle on the pavement whilst you hold on tight on the upper side of the weel. Be verry carefully not to get the cables under the axle when you hit the ground. And after it separates, you hold the weel fixed to the ground until someone else pulls the axle from the hub. Be verry carefull not to put you're fingers in between the cap and the hub. There is a big risk of losing some fingers because of the magnetic force.

First of all the motor should be sealed and waterproof. Water and humidity is everywhere. Water inside this kind of motor destroys it all. Holes would be better, so the water could come in and also go out. Secondly fixing such a motor is extremely time consuming, but can be interesting and a hobby. The motors are cheap and after you have fixed a rusty motor, it is still used and maybe also old. From this aspect you better buy a new one. But for reasons like "against the waste of resources, sustainability, environmental-friendly" and so on is very good what you do! But again, Chinese, please, build better and sealed quality/type!

you know heat can degrade/damage the magnets causing less efficient operation..

If they get so hot to get damaged from it, then the coils are already gone. Some heat will occur of course but not as much as making the magnets loose they're power. Mabe in a few years they will get fader and fader but the whole scooter might be already junk by then.

@@cristianbuga5126 it really depends on the magnet type because ive read that 95c was enough to degrade magnets on ebike hub motors if i remember correctly.

Pistolul romanesc te murdareste la gura de engleza 😂😂😂verifica intai senzorii franelor in interiorul lor sa nu fie corodati ,motorul nu pica cu una cu 2 al meu are 3000km ,cand senzorii franelor sunt defecti motorul nu pleaca poti pune cate un fir pe papucii de la frane in scurt cand sunt in scurt tre sa mearga

Ca răspuns la prima afirmație...cred ca înțelegi de ce încerc sa fac clipurile în engleza... Cat reușesc...asta e alta poveste. Știu ce și cum se măsoară... am ceva ani de experienta în diagnoza si repararea acestor tipuri de jucarii. Încerc pe cât posibil sa explic ce măsurători poți face la aceste modele de scutere, chestii ce se aplica la foarte multe modele. Adevărat, motoarele(bobinajele) nu pica cu una cu doua dar senzorii hall din roata sunt un defect FOARTE DES INTALNIT din varii motive.
