My daddy loved the Marlboro cowboy....He smoked Marlboros all the time, and loved the commercials they put on television....He died horribly from stage 4 lung cancer in 1974.....I still cry over this....

I know the man who made those leathers. Adolph Rodriguez of Z custom leathers. He was my neighbor in Huntington Beach, CA back in the day when I raced Superbikes. He said he and Mickey Rourke sat on his shop floor and spent quite a while designing the thing. Those patches mean something to Rourke. Like the deck of cards says RIP and has initials of friends he lost on each card.

@five5sixnaytoe695 no prob. Oh, one of the patches is in French. small black one. It translates "good night bitch" . He also said to make the new leather look worn they roughed it up with a sand blaster. There were actually 3 sets made. That's about all I can recall from the conversation.

Drew Flanagan yep my son a year old his mother was a dancer /stripper she told me he wouldn’t see me wen I was 50 I’d be dead from partying but as life goes he’s 30 I’m 61 and she’s been in the ground for 15 years she ended up with a bad liver at 35 we watched her die in pain with a bad liver wish I could have traded her places miss her everyday but ya he wouldn’t seenme wen I’m 50;wen she died I quit drinking or I would have been dead but I still gambled with cocaine and then that seemed to have vanished and it was oxys but been clean for about 8:years I did a lot of partying but nothing like the 80s and 90s lol I’m still here don’t know for how long but I made it past 50 if I would have not quite booze I would be dead everybody stay safe out ther this covid is way more dangerous than anything we seen I never thought I would see a pandemic I live in Canada so not t bad here you folks down in the USA got a shit load of trouble with that be careful all
