I have had mine a couple of years, helped 3 random people out. Last summer I was riding in the mountains , after parking up and going back to my bike a bit later I found my battery had died on me, luckily my battery booster got me going and I was able to find a auto shop open on a Sunday afternoon that had a battery to fit my Harley...phew...these things are life savers

I have one and they are really nice, I was in a situation where I used it when the power went out in the city I was in to charge my phone and laptop. Great for cramping too.
