Nightster and the Night Train were extremely significant bikes that led H-D down the road of Dark Custom design we've seen the past decade... and that FXB Sturgis... the GRANDDADDY.

If the 1200 is in the budget, I'd recommend going that way. Both great bikes, but the 1200 will keep you happy longer for sure.

this bike was stage 1 intake/vance and hines FP3, and vance and hines short shots with no baffles.

My 2012 Nightster is Black and silver with Vance and Hines shortys, heated grips and 5 speed fuel injected.

@@Voltomess before my nightster had a Yamaha r6 and no the 883 is a great starter . I went for the 1200 knowing getting off a R6 I’d want a little more power than the 883. Actually might be picking up a softail standard this weekend

So. This bike is discontinued from the current line up. The way your bike is set up; this is a Forty-Eight in hd’s current line up. Correct ? No dis-respect meant to you at all man.

Torque cones will make her sound way better when your changing gears and down reving. lol just sayin. It will most likely fix you decel pop too. Can't watch anymore...
