That's called a proper bike. No matter if it's slower than most superbikes but Harley Davidson bikes are of a premium quality and gives the feel of riding.

I Got a 2017 with PC5 and V&H Longshots and love the sound of it. Next is timing and cams then return it. Hoping to get air ride by next year because with me at 240 6’4” and my wife who only weighs 130 and is 5’10” it hits hard on bumps so going for a smother tear ride and stiffen up the front a bit. It’s all new to me because I have ownd only ninja zx9 and zx10s all my life but needed to slow down a bit haha. Don’t need to go 170-180 all the time. I’m more comfortable now and no more running from cops

I've got a $500 1981 cruiser that always starts, doesn't shake pieces off going down the road, it's nickname isn't "the road oiler" I didn't take out a second mortgage to buy it and it's faster than any Harley ever thought about being. Every honest person I've ever spoken with, has said their Harley is a POS and they won't own another one

You can clearly see that he's a very good and routined driver. And to drive a harley safe and proper you really need to know what you doin'. Drove a couple of different ones and the bottom line is that these damn things are super heavy to handle. Especially when it comes to rookie drivers. But he's doing a good job on that pretty Dyna :)
