I'm always amazed at the amount of people who knew or met him and I've never heard anyone say anything negative about him. I met this dude at a skatepark outside of Boston right around the time this video came out and he was a genuinely nice, positive person. I wish there were more people like him in this world.

it's kinda true. a lot of these kids don't get into skatboarding because of the passion and love of the sport, they get into it simply because of all these main stream rap artists got into skateboarding. Skateboarding is now a fashion statement.

Harold Hunter was one of my favourite skaters. I used to always do an improv of him saying, "don't give me no intuhview man." He was such a great skater. I can never forget all the size 40 jeans in my wardrobe with the hems cut off. This video was back when skateboarding was the real deal and not commercial.

In Jr. High this tape was everything to me. Still amazing and raw to this day. Harold Hunter had such a huge influence on me. RIP man. Zoo York !!!

i grew up with Harold and know his brother pretty well. remember them from seward park High School. and if you knew harold or even hung out with him.. ahhh man. really miss em. He was such a character. it was way too early, in a way i am soo mad at him for going soo far as to kill himself. but that was Harold, an extremist. Dam its just soo sad. if we could just turn back time, just this once.

back in the skate nyc on 8th street 1st opened and it was our hang out spot. his brother is somewhat of a legend in the graffiti worl as well as did some bike riding.
