They really play the same position. They are just listed different because of size. I don’t even see NFL teams use The HB on the line anymore blitzing.

This video is so effective bc it shows what being a "difference maker" looks like. Perk doesn't get the tackle or the sack or the FF every play in this video (sometimes the other team even gets a 1st down), but Harold is right there making a difference every damn time. Such a phenomenal player, can't wait to see what he does this season. Geaux Tigers.

Rewatching these highlights you see how much of a difference his role made in these games, imagine he wasn’t faster than Bryce young or Malik Hornsby.. they would’ve been scrambling and running all over us

Incredible situational awareness + freakish athleticism = disruption everywhere. I love Perk40 but he is gonna be wearing a different jersey # soon. Can't wait to get Maason back in the mix and LSU D is going to be a nightmare. Do we even need a secondary?

Yea bro he’s a fighter, and facts getting back Maason will be dope! How weird is it In 2018 we lost K’lavion Chaisson week 1 Vs Miami and we lost Maason smith Week 1 Vs Florida State? Both to ACLS too. And then the year after 2018 we go 15-0 and win the National Championship.

It’s very weird. That spy role doesn’t exist anywhere and kind of gives him fake production where he doesn’t have to beat a blocker. That being said, his motor and burst are near the best I’ve seen from any player in the nation. Combine that with work ethic and you have a player who can succeed in a variety of different roles at the NFL level

That one is great, but you can't beat that 3rd and 5 play in the second quarter where Young tries to fake him out and it doesn't work AT ALL.
