Stopping the spiral of toxic thoughts.
Are your thoughts holding you captive? Jennie Allen knows what it’s like to swirl in a spiral of destructive thoughts, such as I’ll never be good enough. Other people have better lives than I do. God couldn’t really love me. But Jennie also knows we don’t have to stay stuck in toxic thinking patterns.

In Get Out of Your Head, a six-session video-based Bible study, Jennie inspires and equips us to transform our emotions, our outlook, and even our circumstances by taking control of our thoughts. Our enemy is determined to get in our heads to make us feel helpless, overwhelmed, and incapable of making a difference for the kingdom of God. Don't forget the food we eat. Seed oils and sugar trigger my depression. We eat foods made in chemical factories and wonder why we're depressed.

Love these words & yes to fighting attacks! There are pillars of health that powerfully diminish depression or anxiety - movement, eating unprocessed natural foods that feed good bacteria, avoiding toxins, etc...as well as renewing our mind with God's Truth. It starts with Hope that God is FOR us and is working alongside us! Engage with him! Believe in Him and look for how He's acting! Amen!

Please don't blame and shame people with your version of how to never be depressed. How do you know the thorn that the Apostle Paul lived with wasn't depression. It could have been He asked for it to be removed 3 times and it wasn't. Don't think that God doesn't use our struggles to play out for HIS endgame. This type of victim shaming of those who are sick needs to be eradicated from the Church. It's dangerous. Please stop doing this.
