Speaking on the Sun's show Royal Exclusive, Newsweek's Chief Royal Correspondent Jack Royston said the fact that Harry didn't 'put the boot in' could be a message to the King.

The King is a man of faith, but even Jesus got angry eventually! I am sure meeting with Harry is very stressful for the King since Harry is sullen, angry, vindictive, complaining, and let's not forget he is always begging for money by the millions! Harry needs to stop his "crap" and let the king recover from cancer! Everyone who knows how Harry has abused the royal family as retribution for not giving in to Harry's demands after he quit the royal family does not blame the King! The king is having to make changes and adjustments because Harry quit and is no longer a working royal, which left a lot of holes and jobs that can only be done by working royals. Harry of course thinks he is an exception to royal policies and rules! As the late Queen would say "oh no he's not!"

I think this was a deliberate ploy by the King so as not to give legitimacy to the Nigerian tour. With regard to the Invictus Games, I’m afraid Meghan’s clothes and what she wears and does is top priority for the press, not sadly, the Veterans. Can you imagine what would happen if a high-ranking member of the Royal Family turned up? The press would go crazy and the Games would be side-lined even more than it is now.

I’m sure most people wish they would do just that. Making jam seems just right for them, but I don’t think they will be commercial success. I don’t blame William and Charles keeping their distance. They can’t trust him and as for Invictus it seems that even the veterans are stepping away. It’s not the same as when it was first introduced which is an absolute shame. Meghan marching in front of veterans dressed like someone going out to brunch was the strangest thing I’ve ever seen. The Invictus Games is a fabulous project. It is NEVER mentioned that William had a hand in it to begin with. Harry had many individuals doing some of the work as well. It is now NOT a Royal venture. I do think King Charles could have attended the service. NOT to support Harry, but to support the men and women who are veterans. I would have chosen to sit in the back had I been King Charles and wanted to attend. But please do not be delusional in that all is forgiven or that the King and Prince William should be the first to cave in. Not happening.

You don't want to be a royal. As the queen said, there is no half in and half out. You chose to leave, you don't keep your military appointments. This is ridiculous. Why would the man that calls America his new home still have a role within the British military? As an American, I'm mad as a hornet every time he shows up to dole out American awards and accolades to our American servicemen. We have our own heroes who should be front and center. America fought to be free of British role. Why we kow-tow to him, I have no clue. It's shameful to me that he even wants to do these things. He does not represent the US servicemen and women.

Media should know not to trust a statement from H or M or their camps by now. It’s now cone out that KC offered a place further H to stay and he turned it down, plus H did nit give the 28 day notice that he’s suppose to, and H was making demands that went met and so he would not meet. H also did not invite the RF ti the invictus ceremony but he did invite the Spencer’s. H. Did all of this on purpose. Everything he and M do is vindictively calculated and intentional. He used the Spencer’s to stick it to the RF. He lied about absolutely everything !!!! Nothing new !!!!
