His life is settled alright, since he met her or since she manipulated there meeting bc he was her mark. She knew once she steered him into popping the question her life would be settled. He is estranged from the only family that he knew and who had been protecting him betrayed his nonagenarian grandparents and he is so settled that he doesn't even have a home-based in the UK anymore unless he is going to buy or rent somewhere away from the RF if that isn't settled I don't know what is.
