Impressive how he went from fighting a troll in the girls bathroom to fighting and killing The Dark Lord in a destroyed Hogwarts

It starts with a kid throwing rocks at a kid and ends with him killing a the most powerful evil wizard

I love the way they animated the spells to go faster depending on intended lethality as well as progression of age. It would make sense that the spells of a child would be extremely telegraphed, maybe slow, inaccurate, and not very strong or effective. Adult wizards seem to be able to project their spells so quickly they’re hard to catch visibly which makes sense if the adult is actually intending to do harm (truly invisible spells are more Voldy/Dumbledore level).

Watching Harry grow from his initial lackluster clash with Voldemort in the cemetery to being able to go toe-to-toe with an Elder Wand Voldemort was extremely satisfying. He might not have a ton of technique, but his raw strength is apparent by the end.

I found the ending bit where Voldemort starts beating Harry up in the astronomy tower.
