Harry Potter ALL London Film Locations - A Free Magic Walking Tour

Күн бұрынA free Harry Potter magical walking tour in London, taking you to all Harry Potter film locations in London.
I am going to retrace the steps of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasly, visiting all the famous film locations in London, as seen in the movie, such as Ministry of Magic, the Leaky Cauldron and Platform 9 3/4.
For example there are three Leaky Cauldron's in London. You can find them in Borough Market (Prisoner of Azkaban), Charing Cross Road and Leadenhall Market (Philosophers / Sorceres Stone).
Yes the clocktower at St. Paul's cathedral is also used in Hermione's divination class and the Millenium Bridge was destroyed in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. London Bridge gives us a good overview before we move to 12 Grimauld Place.
Then you can find Harry Potter shops in London to buy all your magic stuff when you join Gryffindor or Slytherin. There is a fake platform 9 3/4 and you aren't safe for buses on Piccadilly Circus. Other film locations in London that we cover are London Zoo, Lambeth Bridge and the Ministry of Magic area.

What a great idea to make a video like this. I really liked that you included clips from movie as well. I was impressed by the staircase of St Paul's Cathedral. Leadenhall Market look so impressive.

There was a RIDICULOUS long line when we visited the king station and the cart. I wish i had watched this video when we visited last year! Very informative

Did you visit most of the places in this list? And yes you are right normally there is huge queue with tourists. The queue is gone now due to Covid, no tourists.

This is awesome. I haven't watched or read all of the Harry Potter movies or books, but the ones I did were awesome. I need to go back to London to visit these places.

Cool concept for the video! I’m not much of a Harry Potter fan, but this was cool! Stinks that everything was closed, though. You did a great job with the clips and loved your explanations!

This is a great video! Giorgio is a big Harry Potter fan plus he lived in London so, to see all those places felt warming and nostalgic at the same time for him. Leadenhall is such a beautiful place, and it's such a shame that the King's cross station changed so much. Now it looks so cold and ordinary. Are you planning to do more Harry Potter videos?

Not Harry Potter in specific. I have covered all the locations in London on this. If I ever can get a collaboration with House of Minalima I would feature them because that is just a great place.

You won’t believe but i’ve only seen one of the Harry porter movie series but it’s good to know that many of the spots were filmed in london and the graphics and colour effects are important parts of movie making.

Even if you aren't a fan of the movie. House of Minalima is definitely worth visiting if you love graphic arts. They also did design work for some Disney movies and you will find that back there as well.

OOoh I loved this. My grandchildren were in London 4 years ago ( from New Zealand) I recall seeing photos of some Harry Potter hot spots. I'll remember to put this on my list of things to do. 👍🌷🎥🙋♀️

You can use clips based on fair use. In other words creating your own content from it and using less than 10 seconds.

I never watched the movies but very well researched for the fans. Maybe maps to show where everything is. How do you use the movie clips, I get so many copyright claims on my channel, mostly fake.

Pay attention to fair use. You can use less than 10 seconds of clips as long as you reuse it for your own original material. Map is in the description.

The bridge does look very different. Haha, you're a news reporter now! 🤓 Those red telephone booths are quintessential London to us. Narrow street reminds us of the Romanian narrow street we visited. How much does it cost to go in to see all of the props?
