* Wooden stick
* Pliers

* Acrylic Paint (Black, brown, red, pink)
* Gloss varnish
Professor Slughorn's wand:
* Chopstick (14 in)
* Utility knife
* Glue gun
* Hot glue sticks
* Wire (little piece)
* Cutting pliers
* Aluminum foil
* Das Modelling clay
* Texture tools
* Acrylic paint (Black, Silver, White, Dark Brown)
* Paint brushes
* Gloss varnish
Professor Moody's wand:
* Chopstick (14 in)
* Aluminum foil
* Modelling Clay (Das)
* Texture tools
* Acrylic paint (Black, brown, silver, tan, red)
* Satin varnish
* Paint brush

I would love to see you make the Map of Hogwarts and the secret passages!! I really enjoy these Wand making tutorials! They would make awesome gifts!! It also would be great if you made a miniature of Moody's walking stick!!

For Umbridge you can also cut the stick in two parts and glue a pink marble ☺️ btw they are amazing ! 🤩

A question, would using PVA glue/Mod Podge instead of Satin varnish work? Awesome video by the way

Thank you!😊 PVA glue and regular Mod Podge might get sticky when wet or with moisture. I would opt for something water resistant.

I’ve been trying to make Moody’s wand but I find my clay always cracks once I’ve made the shaft of the wand have you got any tips on how I can make it like you did?

Most air-dry clay will crack. The brand that I use for making the wands is DAS Modelling Clay. This brand doesn’t crack when it dries.

I used acrylic paint. The clay is DAS modelling clay. You can see the full list of materials in the description box.
