Subbed. Downloaded the game a while back when it first came out but not never got around to playing it. I suck at these sort of games (Hearthstone etc) but I really want to give this a try and learn about crafting decks.

Welcome! Game has changed a lot since this one, but I'm still really enjoying it. A lot of the basics here are still true - and Hermione is still pretty strong!

inflateus works better than incarcerus as the opponent can still use spells to escape like sidealong apparition during incarcerus. I have yet to get my hands on a thunderstorm spell. It's one of the last few spells that are missing from my book, like crucio and phoenix.

Inflates is actually very useful in almost every deck..also in my server I am having insane locomotor spammers had to use harmione with glacias

Haha. Right? Sometimes I can't do anything with her. The deck is very boom/bust imo. Sometimes I'll get overwhelmed with locomotors or opaleyes, but then other times I'm able to pace things out and use whiz bang effectively.

this deck need slow enemies cards like acromantula . bewiched snowball . ice stuf etc XD you force enemies going out of movement cards wearing avada quedabra you can fake whit avada your real porpouse wich is wizbang and avada can kill tanking mobs and companions easy as cassandra, you will need a lot of mana so use companions and sniffler to spam slow cards at the start of combat forcing this movements cards confident guys to go out off .

Good suggestion. I may add ventus or acromantula. One of the biggest weaknesses is definitely getting overwhelmed by something like Locomotor or Opaleye.

How are you getting the cards out so fast and accurate?!? I can NEVER Land my whizbang. Are you tapping the card and letting it auto place? Cuz I’m dragging and dropping and I just can’t seem to connect no matter what 🤔

Maybe a connection issue? I play mostly on PC so using the mouse I can be pretty accurate. And my PC also has a hardwired connection and isn't using WiFi.

@@RetroRaconteur To be fair, during certain times of day, the server connection for me on PC is quite bad. Has affected many of my MA games...but this seems to be a combination of playing on phone AND connection issues

Would you recommend a Niffler in a Hermione deck to be able to potentially cast spells faster? I have a +2 Niffler on my Hermione echo and wondering if i should reroll it

Honestly, probably not with Hermione. As long as you have low cost spells to balance out the high ones, her echo ability is going to bring the cost down quickly anyway. Niffler probably isn't worth a slot.

This is one I'm still trying to wrap my head around. I get wrecked by them a lot, but then when I try and use them, I can't do anything 😅 Need to work on that one more before I make a video on it.

Imagine accidentally wasting whizbangs in a pixie , I would cry 😂. I also use whizbangs and thunderstorm (finally got thunderstorm 😭)

The problem i always have when im using hermione is that theres always to many enemy units and i cant clear them fast enough like haggrid locomotor or bella stacks of book of monster. Any tip?

For sure that can be a problem with this deck. I’ve been experimenting adding a card like ventus, acromantula venom, OR congfringo to help contain the locomotor spam.

Hi !! I played this game when it first came out and I was able to join your 2nd guild !! That was a while ago and I had uninstalled the game. I tried logging back in but all my progress was gone. Im not sure if there is a way for you to help? If you can find my PLayer ID maybe i can reset my account. I appreciate all the help you can give

Yeah it's related to your proficiency with the card. If you open up the menu for each card, you'll see a little flame icon on the left. Tap that and it will show you the proficency info.

It's not even my personal favorite, but an upgraded whiz bang in the hands of someone who can use incarcerous/inflatus effectively is an absolutely deadly combo. You can change fights in the blink of an eye with it.
