Kurt made an excellent point, in the Discord group, that I could hook it up to Alexa. He knows we've been adopting Alexa much in this house, haha, and I totally didn't think of that which would solve the issue.

I hear ya! I wish the same. I do offer it up, that if anyone wants help getting an item here unavailable there, let me know. I'd warn that shipping will probably be high, but I don't want anyone feeling left out. I don't get why they don't do it. Some would be willing to pay the shipping to get it there. Maybe it's the fragility of the item? 🤷🏼‍♀

Lovely! Make sure to check what voltage that bulb is when replacing it! I have the LJ golden egg! I got a resin egg insert for. Just do not have room for very many duplicates of anything!

I sold my LitJoy egg but it was beautifully made. Glad I looked back at comments on the public side, as I don't get notifications of edits to comments and I don't want to miss anything from ya!

@@annettemalaski1967 It does, but I don’t get a new notification when a comment has been edited. It’s only if I notice it’s been edited that I’ll know. And recently, I switched to replying to comments in the studio, which is the backend, and I have it set up to only show comments I haven’t replied to so that I don’t miss anyone. I only saw your edit I was viewing it on the public side.

I should add, the reason that I switched over to replying to comments in the studio, which I think most KZfaqrs probably do, is because KZfaq does not give you a bell notification for every ‘new’ comment or reply. I didn’t realize that until Matt would ask me if I replied to a comment, and I didn’t see it because I wasn’t notified. Silly KZfaq.

If you have issues with box cutters and scissors such as I, there is one that cuts boxes and packaging but won't slice skin ❤

Have you seen the golden egg pendant from the Noble Collection (at least in the UK anyway)? It opens and closes, with the pearlescent egg inside, and comes with one of their wooden display cases. Price is not bad too at £44.

I keep telling myself it´s a good thing that I can´t get PB Teen here, so I can be happy and don´t have to envy you. Doesn´t work, folks, doesn´t work. I don´t have any golden egg. Well, I painted one. That counts, right? 😁There are no smaller and more affordable versions of the egg around, at least not that I´ve seen so far. I don´t want to spend 100 bucks on the NC one. Charmed Aroma is so damn expensive, too. Maybe some day I will find a cheaper one somewhere.

Haha! And yes a painted one absolutely counts! Just putting the offer out, but I'd always be willing to help get anything here (that's not there) to ya. Obviously that wouldn't solve the price issue. 😆 The most affordable one I've come across was the small one in a LitJoy box. I didn't keep that one but it was pretty. I'm assuming when you say $100 for the NC one you're including shipping? It's $69. I tend to order enough to hit the free shipping mark, which is $99. 🤣

Out of everything I can’t get in the UK, Pottery Barn Teen is my biggest regret. I love so much of their stuff but as Melanie says maybe that is a good thing as they are so expensive!! I only have the Geek Gear egg which is ok but it’s one of my favourite HP replicas so I need to up my game 😂 I love the NC one but I want it to open. I love the PBT lamp but it is very big. My favourite overall is the charmed aroma one but as you say it hasn’t got the correct number of owl parts on the top. I think it is my number one item to get tho as I also love the necklace ( it looks beautiful on you and made me want it even more!!) Maybe Matt should develop as a sign for you to tell you when you have polystyrene in your hair 😂😂 of course you still look fab even with polystyrene in your hair 🤩

They really are and I've offered up and will happily help if someone overseas wants something here, but as we just realized the shipping can be rough around the edges. 😂 I really love the Charmed Aroma one too! Haha! I've said something like that to him. I always watch the video before it goes live (to be sure of any uploading errors or things we missed, and to do timestamps, cards, and such) and I just worry people think I have an impressive level of dandruff. 🤣

@@LoveLumos you would not be the only KZfaqr to have bits of polystyrene stuff to you during a video! It happens so often 😂😂😂 and yes shipping costs suck. I’m so peed off by that as it means buying stuff just becomes so expensive that it makes it impossible. I love that water bottle so I’m annoyed but 🤷‍♀️

Number one favorite is the noble collection but as a lamp the one you got from pottery barn is number one. I like them both equally and would be happy to own any one of them

Ooooo great question. I think for sure the NC one would be number one. It's biggest fault is that it doesn't open but it's the most replica looking. I'd have to think on the rest of the order. I really love them all. I'd probably put the Charmed Aroma large candle (not the light up one) last just because of the color difference. We'll have to do a ranking video! Thank you for the idea!

Awww, thank you! To be fair, I do a lot of things many don't understand ... at least in the muggle world. 🤣 I got them from a small shop called, Spelunca!
