Writing and free-styling are two different skills. I doubt he writes his own stuff, he's a freestyle artist. The word "Rapper" is vague, it can usually be split up in to two main sub categories, being a writer and a free-styler. I do think that free-styling takes more skill though, since you need to think of the words on the spot. But writing can take more vocal skill and mouth muscle training which can lead to them sounding much nicer and cleaner. Eminem's Godzilla, for example. Jesus that was fast. That's the kind of shit that can't be free-styled.

How the hell does this guy have under a million views on any of his videos. I'm terms of top-of-the-dome, real freestyle, this guy is incredible. You can go watch the 5 mins with sway and stuff, but most of those folks go in with written bars. This guy is just amazing.
