PRODUCT DETAILS- The HART Screw Extractor Set is great for removing broken, damaged, stripped screws, bolts and studs. Set includes 5 threaded screw extractors: (1) #1, (1) #2, (1) #3, (1) #4, (1) #5, and case. Designed to easily remove stripped screws. Easy to follow instructions are included. Drill into screw with drill bit, tap in the screw extractor and then remove screw or bolt. Extractors are built from steel for durability. Required materials needed for use are lubricant, designated drill bit, hammer, drill and wrench or plier.

I actually use my sockets extraction kit more than this but they are awesome when you need them.

I think you just need to slow your drill settings down to low
