Today, our faculty, students, and alumni are studying and solving the most critical challenges facing education: student assessment, the achievement gap, urban education, and teacher shortages, to name just a few. Our work is shaping how people teach, learn, and lead in schools and colleges as well as in after-school programs, high-tech companies, and international organizations. The HGSE community is pushing the frontiers of education, and the effects of our entrepreneurship are improving the world.

Americans were mistreated by White people, before and after the American Revolution. Condoleezza Rice said that White children should not feel badly about what happened to Black people. Therefore, she is saying that it’s okay for Black people to feel badly about what happened to Black people, because that’s how Black children feel when Black children learn Black history. Search for the KZfaq video called “Florida town, students resist letting state’s war on Black history be forgotten. At 0:17, DeSantis reminds me of Hitler. He surrendered himself with White children, and their signs say “PROTECT CHILDREN,” but not one of the children are African American. DeSantis has an evil agenda. Therefore, Americans must vote against DeSantis. ☝🏽👩🏽‍🦱🇺🇸

Non of u guys could have done better if u were put in Condoleezza Rice's shoes at the time she served as secretary of states, because the united states is not rulled by a single mind, no individual should be blamed of any mistake, rather blame a regime for its collective mistakes bc no one is perfect on earth we are just struggling that is the simple truth and the USA is not exempted

It was Condi's job, as National Security Advisor, to prevent 9/11. The CIA gave her dire warnings in May and July. CIA honchos said that had she acted on them, 9/11 might have been prevented. There were warnings from 12 foreign countries and 4 FBI offices. The UK and Germany warned of the use of hijacked commercial airliners as flying bombs.

Great speech. However, the quality of education (particularly public education) here in America has eroded so much that the education of today is much inferior to the education of yesteryears. The major problems are the teachers union and the breaking up of traditional families.

Dr. Rice is a very experienced with deep reserches of political science background and excellent leadership. She understands the nature of our country, we are a Capitalism society with the definition of the liberty and entrepreneurship. The Communism ideologies and flames can be dangerous and is against Americans' believes and not suite for our country. She understands the slave system is bad and inhumane in the past. However, now even the whole world are recognized Black people can achieve the most important and powerful top positions of our country, even though the President of US. She was very proud of that when President Obama won the Presidency. This proves our society is changed, some individual racial cases between all kinds of different races may still appear, but mostly are only very individual or uneducated with the uncivilized concept. It is not the majority of the American Society. We should promote America spirit and the unity of our country. It is very important for all of us to unite together for our country and country's future. Splitting between the races are not good for the county. It will create the unnecessary hatreds between us instead of love each other and help each other in a good way. The income equality witch I also believe is not the reality and against our basic foundations of America spirit and can be dangerously lure the flames of the Communism ideologies. Moreover, there's nothing as the real equality of the income and the property. This mostly just the slogans for Communism countries to grab the power before their succeeding. Afterwards, they and their families, children and their decendents will be rich and the super rich. The only difference is their super rich come from the ideologies of grabbing from the rich to give to us instead of from the hard working and ideas. The real result of this is just the unfair property grabbing and status changing to give to fewer Communist Party leaders to be the super rich. The rich or richer certainly turn into nothing left over, normal people are still poor and may be even poorer. Massive people will be jailed, tortured and killed by the Communism systems. People can't even run away from it. Freedoms, and entrepreneurship will not even be allowed to talk or think about, otherwise will be the troubles. Even those have the same ideologies of the comrades can be jailed, tortured and killed by their own power struggling. When people realize that results often is too late, but to suffer into the consequences. There is no one contry has the equality of real income and property. Only our contry the United States can provide the equal opportunities to everyone to pursue their American dreams, that is why we must cherish what we have and people in other countries can't get the same like us. If we deplete our Gov't financially, invite the poor from all of the world to come with the boarders open to divide the properties equaly, America spirit can be gone for good. This will invite foreign people to here for the revolution of the equality of the income and property. It's not fair to our country and our own citizens. Although we are not rich, but I believe it is not right and is wrong to Americans and our great country.

(Cont'd) I don't think I'll ever be comfortable with the "the first African American..." bit. You see, there's a cultural ellipsis here in this sense. It omits the glaring fact there were other women of color who preceded Dr. Rice who faced a different political climate. So these women didn't take to history as some women of color later did. It could be said that Dr. Rice was the first as the US abandoned formal segregation in 1954. But that doesn't mean that before her, there were no women so qualified. Not true. And that also goes for men of color. I am persuaded by his resume, before 1954, that Howard University's Dr. Mordecai Johnson could've made an excellent secretary of state. Heck. even Booker T. Washington himself. So no, I'm not on board with this "the first..." business. As I've said before there's an historical ellipsis here.
