I get “Jeff” for the stray’s name hahaha. Amazed when he looked right up at you when you called Jeff! That’s really hilarious 😂

So you've got a nice but somewhat mangy dog wandered in needing a roof over its head and to be fed, maybe likes Idaho potatoes. Sounds familiar to another situation. Jeff is a good name for him. 😁 Enjoyed your adventures in what harvest. I've never cut any wheat but I have combined a lot of corn. I can identify with your harvest.

If I remember right the raddle on a G Gleaner used 1" square tubing, you should be in good shape! Good test weight!

Jeff is a great name for the dog. He kind of reminds me of Jpaydirt.

Back in the day, Manchester Manufacturing made raddle chains and other parts for that combine. I think they are still in business in Manchester, OK. Owner Mel Kleofcorn was a heck of an inventor and a cool guy to run into at the cafe (late 70's-80's).

Ol' Gleaner did good. That's several bales of wheat straw laying out there, is that the next video?

If anyone that doesn’t know anything about farming watched your videos of planting, ground work and getting the combine up and going see how much work it was for a little bit of money they should now understand why so many aren’t farmers any more. For some of us that hang on to small patches and continue to do what we were raised doing it’s because we enjoy the hard days work and accomplishment of it, it damn sure isn’t because we will be the next millionaires.

As long a Jeff the goat don't mind, I think Jeff would be a good name for your new homeless dog friend.

Interesting historical fact: The Gleaner was designed by a man named Rube Goldberg.

Frank, have you ever made it up to western Minnesota steam threshers reunion?

I say keep him. That's real easy for me to say. He's not sitting on my feet. Few hrs and a little training 👍 and couple cold beer. Roxy needs a buddy. 🤔 Jeff 👍 Or Simba

Now I'm confused, when my wife asks me what I'm watching, I don't know if I should tell her I'm watching the backhoe man, or Farmer Frank? Lol

What happened to Jeff??? I thought you'd keep him, so Roxy could have a mate.

You do know that if you let Jeff stick around, your gonna have to start feeding him.

Actually - Mr. Cunningham is calling him Jeff in honor of me (one of his long time subscribers and commenters). I see Jeff shaking a little as he's lying on the floor - may have been abused just as I was when I was a child.
