Our family lives a self-sufficient rural life with animals on Sado Island in Japan. In this video, we will show you how to pick edible wild plants such as horsetail, seri, and chives, and harvest shiitake mushrooms to make Japanese-style dishes. We deliver videos every other week, so I hope you will continue to enjoy our self-sufficient country life.

私たち家族は佐渡島で動物たちと一緒に自給自足の田舎暮らしをしています。こちらの動画ではつくし・セリ・アサツキなどの山菜を摘んだり、椎茸を収穫して料理を作ったりする様子をお届けします。動画を一週間おきに配信していますので、今後も私たちの自給自足の田舎暮らしをお楽しみいただけると嬉しいです。

私は佐渡高校出身で１年生と3年生の時、学校林の除草·整備に行った思い出があります。高校の裏山を1時間位登ったでしょうか。坂道や丘陵地帯を歩いてやっとたどり着き、そこから見える金北山や佐和田の海岸を眺め清々しい気持ちがしたことを思い出しました。もう50年位？前になります。子供達にとってこのような素晴らしい環境で育っていくことは将来絶対に活きていくと思います。頑張ってください🤗

野セリと浅葱沢山有りますね😍😍。セリをサッと湯がいてポン酢で食べるのと油多めで味噌炒めが大好きです。スーパーでセリも3～4本で２００円近くするからうらやましいです😄😄

Can I just say, I'm Scottish, but grew up studying Japanese martial arts. I love Japan and it's people and you guys who are doing a great thing.
