Great harvest.. Thanks for the garlic two months ago, we started growing the cloves then and they are about 12" high now.

Looks like a nice harvest. That looks like Elephant Garlic, we grow about 200kg per year. We hang the whole plant in the dry shed for about a month before they are taken down and trimmed for market. Those 'left in the ground too long' bulbs, we crack apart and place the loose cloves on a dry rack in a dark dry place and they also last a year.
