Well, Devon lost in 1999, 2004, 2006 ( right and left ) and twice in 2015.. but he won in 2008 and the latest match in 2021..

Levan will win 4 to 0 or 6 to 0. I hate to say it but Devan needs to get bigger in bicep, and get more side pressure. Devan needs to be atleast 20 inch to even think about taking on Levan. If Devan did that he'd be unstoppable and I don't think anyone could pin him. He could win but not until he gets a little bigger. Devan has 18 inch but Levan has 24 and is a absolute power house but Devan is no slacker soother buy to win he must lift weights to get bigger. Don't get me wrong Devan is my favorite but we should keep it real. Good luck to both of these legends.

He can't unless he takes more juice, but he doesn't want to. Plus it might not even help as much as we think cause he's almost 49 and it's hard to pack on more muscle at that age.
