Using leftovers from my boiled dinner video, I show you how to make an awesome corned beef hash and egg breakfast! Simple, filling, and tasty this breakfast is economical because it uses all leftovers.
Boiled Dinner Recipe:
• Corned Beef Veggies In...
Hash Recipe:
BUTTER, TONS AND TONS OF BUTTER
3 egg yolks
Leftover Corned beef, about 1/4lb?
3-4 small potatoes diced
1/4 turnip, diced
1/4 white onion, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
(optional) 2 eggs for frying
