How to Make Hash Browns = Ingredients:
Potato - 6 medium
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - to wash, boil
Salt - to season
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
Rice Flour - 2 + 2 Tbsp
Corn Starch - 2 + 2 tbsp
Oil - to deep fry
Kitchen Products I use:

Instant Yeast - amzn.to/2N2wzuf (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)

Parchment Paper - much better than butter paper, and it is reusable - amzn.to/2MZFGvC

I have made many of your recipes and each one have turned out exactly the way they should - that shows how precise your instructions are. I made this for my 2.5 year old child and 90 year old great grandmother and both of them loved it! I usually do not comment on KZfaq, but this one is from the family - Your recipes rocks and this is the best hashbrown they've ever had.

I tried to make hashbrowns a few times just by shredding them and mixing them with the flour and spice, but binding it together with a bit of water seems to be an amazing idea. Looking forward to trying it!

That's a lot of work? Okay. Make a bunch of them at once and leave most of them frozen, in serving-sized bags. Then when you want them all you have to do is fry them.

@@anamriaz8895 too salty tho. Dont put too much salt, 1 spoon is enough. and also I super regret adding garlic powder too, it smells weird. We were told to add a little of water and press slowly, but the potato doesnt come together, so need to add a little more - require strong gut feeling for this LOL The hardest part is cuting the hashbrown into shape, not as easy as how it looks.
