Hashtag United are a one-of-a-kind football and esports club, based in Essex, England. Formed in 2016 by Spencer Owen as a group of mates playing exhibition games, we now play in the 7th tier of English football, the Isthmian League North. We won our league in our first season in non-league football and were looking good for a second promotion when the 2019/20 season was voided, but after the 2020/21 season went the same way with us top of the Essex Senior League, we were eventually awarded promotion based on PPG over the two part seasons. In 2023 we won the Isthmian League North and will now play in the Isthmian Premier!
We merged with AFC Basildon Women in summer 2020 and formed our women's team, Hashtag United FC Women, who play in the 3rd tier of women's football, the FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division, after they also won their league in 2023. We also now have 40+ youth teams, reserve and development teams, an inclusive team and a walking football team...plus our esports team who play FIFA at the world's highest level. Unreal to see Farai back! I was certain he no longer was at hashtag. Amazing to see him come in and make such an important contribution with that block at the end! Hashtag vs Colchester is going to be insane. Won’t expect them to play a strong team as they are fighting for survival in league 2, but just to see hashtag vs a professional team in a competitive match will be great to see. Good performance and hopefully one that can launch a good run of form.

Every time I watch Luke I think where can this guy take hashtag, only 21 - 22 years old I think and besides Sak, has probably been been your second best player overall this season. This guy will be a legend for hashtag, all he needs is to keep going, UP THE TAGS 🔵🟡🔵

The way that Luke has been progressing since joining is so promising. Either him being the 9 or playing behind the 9 he's been playing well regardless. I think this team will go on some sort of streak here soon and climb up the table

Sak is an absolute treat to watch honestly, it is such a good signing from us. That said, I love how Luke May Parrot plays, such enjoyable football, you can see he is always thinking about how to get the goal wether it's passing or shooting himself, but always on the move. Sak and Luke were unreal. Glad to see Cornish stringing together some really solid performances since his quiet start. Farai looked really solid, hope to see more of him when Harry or Tomo aren’t available. Didn’t mind having AT and Luke both up front. A couple little awkward moments but with more time playing together they could be really good

fair play to sam cornish, early part of the season he gave the impression of someone who thought he was too good to be at this level but last month or so he's really kicked on and knuckled down. Luke and AT showing they don't play together a bunch as a two, getting under each other's feet a lot, but that's gonna happen with system swaps... didn't stop Luke scoring mind :D

You NEED to keep Luke. The kind of prolific striker who is the definition of consistency and never stops working with not a lot often on. I wouldn't be surprised to see him on the fringes of League 2 soon.
