That's a badass little rig, I need one of those, to pull my fishing cart around the lake where I go fishing. Since I am limited as to how far I can walk, before I get short of breath, and have to stop and catch my breath.

Now you have got my attention my son has been wonting to build a go cart, so now I think it's time . I have a 250 CC Honda motor bike with a good running gear and an old buggy Fram that that I can use . So thanks for the inspiration Hassan . Cheers :)

I've been watching this one come together on IG and have been wondering for days what "Hacalve" meant. I thought maybe it was a German word for "death buggy". 😅 Glad you explained it in the description as I never would have guessed. Center of gravity looks a little too high for my taste, compared to the wheelbase, but it still looks cool. Thanks for sharing!

Fun build. But with a front wheel as small as that a collision with a curbstone (who knows what could happen in a Habucalyptic future ;-) could cause the vehicle to flip over.

I was thinking the same thing, maybe swap the front and back? It would look silly, and they are the drive wheels, what could go wrong?

unless you let the engine move with the suspension the belt will slip or pull off every time the suspension compresses it might even not spring at all and the drivebelt breaks as the distance between the pullies gets larger the more the suspension compresses just hang it off the back of the suspended part and you be fine

what engine did you use? how many hp does it have? i want to build something similar and i habe no idea if my 3.5hp engine is enough for usefull speeds 😅😅

Looks like a Harbor Freight engine, any 3 to 5 hp Briggs & Stratton type lawnmower/tiller engine will work. You're not going to be able to get on the highway or break speed records but it can get you up to 35 - 45 mph. You're 3.5 hp engine should work fine if it has a centrifugal clutch or a manual. Check out "Go Power sports" for parts & upgrades. Also, check out the Cars and Cameras KZfaq channel as they build with these small engines all the time.

Абу, почему передние колёса такие маленькие оставил? Как показывает история (вспомним старые велосипеды) и стиль эндуро: для таких дорог, по которой ты едешь - передние колеса могут быть и тоньше, но по диаметру должны быть больше, чем задние! Иначе первая яма и "носом клюнешь" через руль. За видео лайк - узнаю старого Абу!
