Sorry, but what you are saying is not the exact history. Hatshepsut was of Ahmosidic blood. Her Husband Thutmose II was not of Pharaonic blood but became Pharao by marriage to Hatshepsut as his main wife, but they had no children. As he died early his three years old son Thutmose III with a minor wife became his successor, but he was in no way of Pharaonic blood, and Hatshepsut became ruler for the child Pharao. After a few years Hatshepsut was moved to Pharao and remained until her death. So nobody could dare to doubt Thutmose III to be a Pharao. There are depictions of both Pharaos, adult Thutmose III wearing the red/white double crown of both Egypts, and Hatshepsut wearing the blue war crown. Later it seems that Hatshepsut ruled in Egypt Lands while Thutmose III performed war expeditions every year and made Egypt the by far largest power in the Western world. He was hunting lions and elephants at the Euphrates River. It is also remarkable, that there are no remarks like 'built in the year XX of the reign of Queen Hatshepsut', but a lot of 'built in the year XX of the reign of King Thutmose'. Sadly, we do not have any reports of what happened in the political background of this time, but only what became official.
