The large foot is a walking foot, for even feed. Quilters use them. Sometimes Singer/Brother are compatible, but those parts are pretty old. The flat metal thing is just a box knife, it slides up to expose a sharp razor blade. Thanks for sharing your treasures, pretty cool!

I love the packaging with the chip board labels. You can make cool frames with the white...ugh dont throw away. Those rolling wheels uses to trace patterns on fabric with waxy colored paper . I use them sometimes to make faux stamps. You have to go back and forth a few time and then they rip like stamps. Can also use to make tickets. Oh you have the waxy paper it like carbon paper for sewing pattern. But you can use for all kinds of things. You can also use the wheels for pastry and homade pasta😊❤i think the white fabic is interfacing for armholes and collars. Or it could be stich witchery not sure. Sewing gage is to use to make hems even. Use the button envelope for a pocket. Beautiful sewing book

The tracing paper goes between the clothing pattern and material. You trace along the seam lines on the pattern with the rolly pokey tool which transfers, in your case, yellow dots on the material to form seam lines used to sew along. Tracing paper came in different colors so you’d pick a color that would show up well on the material you were using. Official name :rolly pokey tool. Not really, its called a tracing wheel I believe. Love love your videos!

The metal L shaped thing may go with the singer walking foot(helps with quilting or bulky material) the L thing might attach to it and it helps guide you when your sewing in rows ..I hope that makes sense

The little tracing pattern rolly things. I like to use on digitals when I need to cut out the stamps. I pierce the paper with it and then cut and it looks like an actual stamp

Sewing items: The wheels are tracing wheels. You place specific carbon type paper between the paper pattern and fabric to mark the fabric. You can trace a whole pattern shape, or just specific markings like pleats. The flat green thing appears to be a broken razor knife - you would slide the razor out one end and then store it in the green sleeve. The silver L-looking piece is used to measure a large seam allowance to keep it straight - I think it's used in quilting a lot. Those measuring clips are used to mark your hem to keep an even hem around a circle skirt or something volumous. The white box like foot is a walking foot, used to help thik layers move eavenly through - like in quilting with batting in between. The white fabric stuff looks like interfacing. Sewing gauges are great for ironing a hem to keep it straight. Just the Guttermann thread is worth $7... or almost. :)

Hi Kristen, those stick tools are cool that you showed in the beginning. I've seen other people use them on paper for dotted pierced lines. It's so cool that you found three and maybe a fourth one, hold on to those!! I'm glad I watched your video because I forgot all about wanting one for myself. BTW I think they call them Tracing Wheels. The green thin metal piece looks like it holds a razor blade, I'm glad you didn't cut your finger.

I made it to the end and noticed you got another tracing wheel. If I were you I would hold onto the green one, it looks vintage and sturdy. You will have to pull out a piece of cardstock and see how it looks on paper. You can also search KZfaq to see how they are used in paper crafting. Thanks for the video.

Always frustrating to see some of the items people get at thrift stores that we never see in our own stores. I live in Phoenix area and there are days I walk out with nothing, and other days that I hit the jackpot! Just depends on what has been donated recently. So don't give up on your stores, you might just be going on the wrong days or times, or not often enough. 😊

Hauls are fun, but I am curious. What was in the bag from Goodwill tthat was the reason you purchased the bag for $6.99? Couldn't tell from your video what items you saw in there that sparked your interest. Know it wasn't the elastic. 😊 Also, I have been told not to use old thread in our newer machines, so maybe just use it for hand sewing? Or for decoration? Have a great day!
