Everyone always has something beautiful to remember the loved departed ones. Mine was the hilarious sense of humor of my departed father,. brothers and sisters. My mother was a gentle, wise and simple wife who always made balance in every occasion and situation. I really miss the all especially when listening to this kind of music.

The Concierto de Aranjuez was inspired by the gardens at Palacio Real de Aranjuez, the spring resort palace and gardens built by Philip II in the last half of the 16th century and rebuilt in the middle of the 18th century by Ferdinand VI. The work attempts to transport the listener to another place and time through the evocation of the sounds of nature.

I was asking the same question about myself, and I did a little research: according to a recent study (sorry, I don't have the link), about 60% of those who are moved to tears by music are actually saddened, but about 30% -- I'm guessing we're among them -- cry because we are awed by the composition and interpretation. In my case, there's a also tiny bit of regret and jealousy! 😉
