Have you ever tasted this traditional curry? | Kerala style ashgourd curry| Dal curry in hindi|
ingredients
Ashgourd 1 cup(cut pieces)
toor dal 1/2 cup
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp ( or more)
tamarind - gooseberry size
for grinding
coconut grated 1/2 cup
cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
for seasoning
Oil
mustard seeds
curry leaves
shallots
garlic

Thanks a ton didi !!! Years ago I had meals in one of the hotels & this was my favorite in all other items... Hi I am gujarati but tried ur recipes. They turned really tasty and healthy. I also tried ur dosa and idli batter. Really amazing. Ur idli batter without urad dal but my idlis are not so soft but sticky.
