Is it normal for the outer body to get hot? I just got my air fryer, same model as yours by the way but outer body is getting hot and I just pre heated the machine. Is anything wrong ?

After setting the cooking time within 3 seconds it starts and everything such as time left temperature etc can be seen on display.

No need to pause it is automatically paused when you drag out the pan to check the food.
