You have to watch it on the sun out there burn time is about 4 mins out there, the sun is that strong even if it is cloudy don't let that fool you.. If you get sun burn top tip get some natural yogurt. Apply in the shower on your sun burn leave for 3-5 mins rinse and repeat as many times as you need it does work very well But you should realy use sun block factor 30 if you burn easy.
