This video sent me into nostalgia-mode. I remember going to Oahu when I was like, seven. I remember Climbing up Diamond Head, which you apparently also did, and I think I saw the same stretch of the North Shore when you dived into the sea from the top of a cliff that I went to once.

I'm going to be completely honest, I hate POV parkour videos, except this one. The combination between sick clips, good editing and a nice choice of music makes this all perfect. It's lovely, good job on this on mate.

Hey Jesse, i recently got my licence which is allowing me to train outside more (on concrete more specifically), im pretty confident in my ability to do flips and tricks but do you know of any good ankle, legs and knee exercises to help deal with harder impact landings? Im used to grass and spring floor from my training at spins gymnastics

North Shore and Laie have good spots. Laie has some weak buildings but if you go near the college (BYUH) you will be good. Just stay off the temple Grounds.
