This home is my Hawaii dream home. The acreage is right, and the way it's laid out and planted is perfect. The backyard checks every box. The pool is beautiful, and importantly, long enough to do decent laps in. The home itself is perfectly designed; even the room colors are perfect. The view is the best I've seen of all your presentations, Mike, and for me the airport being part of it is a bonus. The only thing(s) I think I might add would be a dry sauna and a steam room in that flex space, and make the flex space a gym and massage station.

This is stunning. Yeah it has it all. I actually had a dream about a home like this. I moved in but added a bubble machine by the pool and sent hundreds of large bubbles going down the hill into town and ocean below. That's what I would add. A bubble machine!

This house does not look 20 years old. It looks like the owners took very good care of a thoughtfully built home. That having been said, it is the outdoor areas that will blow any buyer away! Quite amazing.

The putting green was enough Astro Turf for me. Covering the entire back yard w/ the stuff was a deal breaker. That stuff wears badly and usually begins to stretch & wrinkle after a few years. The View is Nice but the whole property would have been greatly improved w/ a Multi-Story home.

For this in Hawaii, I am actually surprised the price is not higher. This is cheaper, and you get more, than houses on mainland. Places in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, California all would be more expensive, probably a million more, than there. I mean my property in Southern California, on 3.5 acres, with a house built in 1960, 1,200 sq feet is worth 1.3m. And the house is worthless, the property is what has the value. I am not talking about no LA area either.

Simular situation , I live in Maui and my mortgage lender whom is always sending me materials says that my 1,020.foot home on 2+ acres is worth north of $ 1.3 million dollars . Do you think they would like to get me out of my assumable 2.25 % $500 K loan ? lol

Mahalo Mike for another quality "Drutar Production." I really appreciate the amount of information you provide for these fabulous properties, the fact that I was able to glean the amount of finished hardscaping in the orchard below the entertaining spaces (spacing of the fruit trees, fencing of the property, paths for the "Gator" ATV, etc). With a virgin expanse of west facing roof, this screams expand PV for complete off-grid electrical needs (in conjunction with ample LiFePO3 Battery Storage). Is the land below the property exempt from development?

Thats a very common misconception. There are some properties that are leasehold but by-and-large a vast vast majority you do on the land.

I love your videos! I watch often. However, can you fix your frame rate to 24 fps? When you turn or move quickly, the video gets extremely jerky. I've stopped mid-video a couple times because if this. I think it would really improve your viewership. Sorry for complaining. Keep showing us those beautiful properties! 😊
