This week’s contestants face the biggest challenge of the series. They have to make Wonton Mee from scratch. Besides being slow in learning, both apprentices also cannot handle the fast-paced morning crowd, disappointing their mentor even on the final day. How will their final challenge unfold? 这一集师傅传承的云吞面几乎是从零开始。新手徒弟面对的挑战可大了！除了叉烧用的是炭火，工序多的娘惹秘方辣椒酱、手工云吞、还有煮面捞面考技巧，两个门外汉学习进度慢，把师傅也搞急了，临阵再给他们补课；但在终极比拼他们却一再让师傅失望了！到底发生什么事了？！

Toj guru ini bagus yg pajai baju merah.kemarine Tok guru yang ajar Hockjen Meev, manmang kulakuan dia kurabg ajar. Dan cepat panas hati. Baju merah Tok guru, u are the BEST !

Even the guy did make it but he can work together with wanting after all they are learning from the same shifu, maybe this way they can become good business partner. For a start you need to have a helper so both of them is learning at the same time so shouldn't be any problem coping up with new business. I personally from a technical person so the more you practice the more you will be perfect. Now I am running my own small business with many supportive customer too. Good luck to both of them hopefully to have a chance to try their stall too.

This episode I feel really is one of the toughest ! A simple wanton mee but the ingredients and the execution requires so much more preparation steps and skills compared to the others. Really is 台上一分钟台下十年功！ This beautiful young mummy l feel should go into something more like a confectionary Chef instead of a hawker. Hawker really tough. But still congrats to her winning .

Surprised to hear that they have never seen the charcoal stove before. I'm from the 80s too and we have charcoal stove at home from young.

From observation...these participants have never held much of a knife nor even cook a pot of soup. I m sure they don't even know how to wash vegetable !!!

Kemarin Tok Guru yg ajar HockkennMee, banyak kurang ajar dan cepat pabas hati.. Tok guru ini pakai baju merahb, bagus, jujur dan hormat kepada murid murid sekolah.. Ok.

Sama sama orang Cina dan Tok guru.. Yang pakai baju merah adalah Tok guru yg paing bagus, jemarin Tok guru yg ajar Hockjen Mee menmang jurang ajar oleh ibu bapa mereka. Ok.

This wanton noodle is only Singapore standard. It is a disgrace to the traditional Cantonese wanton noodle. The noodle is gummy, the char siew looks like a piece of meat that was dipped in a pool of red dye, the soup which is the spirit of wanton noodle (read clear soup with all the good flavours) is not present, traditional wanton noodles are served together in a good bowl of soup, 'dry noodle with chili' is only a Singapore thingy. You can call this Singapore wanton noodle, good Cantonese wanton noodle ?? .... far from it
