The same setup will work on rear indicators or we need to do some more modications for rear one too??

This setup will work on all 4 indicators and all 4 will blink together. As front right & rear right or front left & rear left already shares same connection we don't need to connect to all 4 indicators.

I don’t think so. The wires he is cutting are from the coil he supplied. Those wires are connected to the switch, ends stripped and simply inserted into the OEM wiring connector.☺️
