My theory : Ok I think the voices are actually the evil that was talked about in the first episode of the show and if the infect Sera they can invade earth if you think about that and hell that means it’s gonna be all war and the elders probably already knows this if they don’t come or the big G I think it’s over at least

Have my own little theory for Alastor, So it’s clear that Alastor is one of the most stable as far a mentalities go, and he seems the smartest. Not only was he able to figure out that this infection is contagious via Vaggie to Nifty, he knew that they needed to be quarantined. Not only that, but Lucifer trusts Alastor to protect the hotel while he figures this out with Heaven. The stress of being smarter and more stable than everyone else, and having the responsibility of protecting the hotel on his hands, there are a lot of possibilities for outcome. Needless to say, he’s going to be a big character in this series.
