this reminds me of a time when i was so completely in love with a very shy and deeply depressed friend who i would do anything to get them in a great mood and take them places just to get them out of their house, which they appreciated so much, which made me want to do so much more for them. but no matter what i did, i couldn’t take their depression away at the end of the day when they’d mention how they hate their life. Id blame myself for either saying something that might have made them in a worse mood or annoyed them. I’d watch my every word around them until i was too tired and exhausted. even though I loved them so much and they loved me more, i experienced more painful memories than good ones. thank u hazel for this song, it defines the situation i was never too sure how to explain.

Watched a emo video, youtube recommended me Sunny Day Real Estate. Did some research, found this Emo mixtape called "The Emo Diaries Volume 1"..this song is on it, with another lowkey gem band called Jejune. Knapsack got thrown into the recommendations and love that damn band too..sometimes youtube does magic.
